HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU GUYS ?
Our jerseys are designed to fit closely to maximise the benefits of SportWool. If you would like a super body fit for race days then order a size down, if you want a more relaxed fit so you can wear it in the office then order a size up.
Theres a really nice sizing chart at the bottom of this page under CUSTOMER CARE. There is also a sizing chart tab for each jersey on the right hand side of each product page. If you’re still not sure then just send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll talk you through it.
DESCRIPTIONS AND COLOURS
We have taken care to ensure that all descriptions and likenesses are accurate but monitor settings may may lead to slight colour discrepancies.
Why is my jersey out of stock ?
It takes time to make a great jersey. You cant take shortcuts or you don't get a great jersey, you just get a jersey. The fabric has to be knitted to order then dyed, cut to size, and hand sewn by our experts, this takes time so sometimes we get low on stock.
Do you supply shops?
We do from time to time, but they have to be great independent bike shops that share our philosophy, but we always have stock at SP Cycles in Broadstairs in the UK.
Can I order even though you are out of stock?
Yes, you can. Just send me and Al an email and we'll allocate you a jersey from the next production run for you.
Nochex are a safe and reliable online payment company for UK-based businesses, just like PayPal but smaller ! Nochex accept all major credit and debit cards; you do not need an existing Nochex account to use it.
What happens when I Checkout ?
When you checkout you will be asked to set up an Torm account so that we know where to send the items and how you would like to pay.
Nothing happens when I press the Checkout button?
If hit the checkout button but nothing happens it means you have items that are out of stock in the shopping cart. Items not in stock will be marked ‘***’ in the shopping cart. Remove the items that are out of stock and press the checkout button again.
Where do you deliver?
Wherever you want, though postage rates will vary when outside of the UK mainland.
How will you ship my stuff?
Most goods are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so will require a signature on delivery. International deliveries are handled by local country national postal services.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. You will be notified by email when your goods are dispatched.
Please allow up to 7 working days for shipments to non mainland UK, BFPO and Europe and 14 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world although packages can be delayed by Customs and Excise.
Where does my parcel go if I’m out when it’s delivered?
To your local Post Office depot.
Why do you charge shipping and packaging when its free with other companies?
We believe in fairness, we believe you should get what you pay for. We could just include the cost of shipping and packaging in the cost of our products like other companies do but we don't think its fair for small local orders to subsidise large worldwide orders....you get what you pay for.
How much will shipping cost ?
You will be advised of postage costs on checkout, its weight based, we think this is the fairest way. Items being sent abroad may also incur local import/customs taxes. If you don't like the P&P charges there is still time to withdraw the order before final checkout.

We want our garments to look great for a long time so here are some simple instructions to follow or to pass on to the Head of Laundry!
Always wash our garments in a machine with similar coloured previously washed clothing.
Always use a gentle wash cycle, preferably for Wool and do not load the machine heavily.
Always wash our garments inside out.
Never...ever use Biological Detergent or Fabric Softener, only use detergent suitable for wool.
What if I want to return something?
We know that from time to time you may want to return something so we want to make this as easy for you as we can. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it we're happy to take returns within 30 days of ordering as long as it's unworn, unmarked, unwashed and has all of its original packaging/tags.
I know it may not be what you want to do but be nice to it, fold it up neatly, replace the tags and put it back in its original packaging. Parcel it up, put the returns label from the paperwork on to the parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office.

What happens if my jersey fails?
We believe in quality, you should get what you pay for and nothing less. Our jerseys are designed to last if treated with care and we stand by our products.
We don't trust anyone else to test our stuff so Me and Al test them all ourselves, if we’re not happy then we change them.
If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, send us an email or give us a call so we can arrange for you to return it to us for repair, replacement or refund.
Damage due to wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge.
