'Nearly' Autumn is now definately Autumn and its time to insulate yourself against the harsher weather conditions with a short sleeve jersey and arm warmers or a long sleeved alternative. Many of you have commented that the T1 and T5 are the must have Torm jerseys for any cyclist, regardless of the discipline.

Out of Season Training

With the forecast looking good the New Forest was our destination for some hard miles and some R & R. We wanted remote but not isolated so we booked into Furze Hill Cottage Bed and Breakfast for a couple of days and had struck gold.

The Sunday Club Run is the mainstay of Cycling Clubs up and down the country and my local club Thanet Road Club is no exception http://www.thanetrc.org.uk/. Its 50 miles of pain and pleasure around the East Kent Coast with a scone and jam in the middle !
