Simply take your neck, chest and waist measurements, just as you would when buying shirts or trousers and fill in the boxes above.

A couple of things to remember:

• TORM clothing has a race fit.  If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit then select that option.
• You'll get a result for each measurement.  If you aren’t so concerned about one of them, simply ignore it.  E.g. perhaps you never zip your cycling jersey all the way to the top; if so ignore the result for neck.
