Things that will help

Do up all zips before washing
Wash at 30C on a standard washing cycle
Use Non Biological Detergent
Line dry
Check the Detergent is suitable for wool

Things to avoid

Avoid Biological Detergent 
Avoid Detergent with enzymes
Avoid Fabric Softeners
