Definitions


In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means HPPA Limited. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.


Payment


Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method when you place your order. No goods shall be supplied without payment.


We use PayPal’s secure payment gateway and Sage Pay secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfill your order. We do not store card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


Delivery Time


When we have the items of your order in stock it is usually dispatched within 48hrs. We use Royal Mail in the UK, for exports we use a Royal Mail International delivery service unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.


• UK customers - Under normal circumstances orders should be with you approximately 1 - 3 working days after dispatch.

• European customers - Under normal circumstances orders should be with you approximately 3 – 7 working days after dispatch.

• Rest of World customers - Under normal circumstances orders should be with you approximately 3 - 10 working days after dispatch.


Import Duties and Taxes


You will be provided with a Royal Mail Tracking Number for your order to allow you to track your package. You will be responsible for Tracking the package and paying any import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information to ensure that the parcel is returned with the fees being paid. Should you refuse the item or do not pay the fees and it is delivered back to us we will refund you for the items you ordered but not the cost of postage.


Claims


Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to HPPA Ltd within seven working days of delivery. HPPA Ltd shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by HPPA Ltd, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to HPPA Ltd for examination.


Liability


If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, HPPA Ltd shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value. If goods have not been delivered the Customer must alert HPPA Ltd within 30 working days.

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective HPPA Ltd shall at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.

In no circumstances shall the liability of HPPA Ltd to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.


Returns


Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all bags, tickets and tags attached. At HPPA Ltd we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods, in this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.


You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend you use a signed for or tracked method of post.


Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect.


If you have animals, please ensure the items are free of pet hair or your items will be returned to you.


If the items show signs of wear or are not in perfect condition, they will be returned to you.


Washing, ironing, wearing on a quick ride is just not cool – don’t do it.


In short, if you would like a full, no quibble refund, please return your item to us in a new and unused state, folded neatly as you received it.


Please do not screw it up and launch it into a bag, our garments are made with care so please be respectful.

Product Specifications


HPPA Ltd reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
